contextisfortheweak: I’ve often wondered about the concept of this piece. It’s two women that Superman have been romantically linked to in his mythos. The best friend he once fancied ( who has often been teased in his future as someone he would end up with )with the wife chatting and Superman’s helpless and wry expression says it all. But the juxtaposition of day against night and time behind each woman is intriguing too.
